MY STORY
Hi, I’m Evgenia, founder of Fulfillment Coaching & Consulting.
Before I started this practice I spent 20+ years in senior HR and leadership roles at global companies, so most of what clients bring me is something I’ve handled from the inside. I’m an ICF Professional Certified Coach, a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, and a speaker.
I work with leaders, teams, and entrepreneurs on what actually decides whether someone does well in a bigger job: deciding faster, having the conversation they’ve been putting off, and leading people they used to work beside.
My work starts with what someone is already good at. Strengths give us something concrete to build on instead of general advice, and it holds, because people are working with how they already operate rather than trying to become someone else.
