Evgenia Baikova is an award-winning certified coach, speaker, and leadership strategist with more than 20 years of experience across corporate and nonprofit environments, as well as a Master’s in Management. She helps high-performing women, entrepreneurs, leaders, and teams communicate their value more clearly, lead with greater confidence, and build success that feels both strategic and sustainable.

A Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Co-Active Coach (CPCC), and Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, Evgenia brings a powerful blend of leadership strategy, strengths-based development, and practical insight into the patterns that often keep capable people carrying too much while being seen too little. Her work helps clients strengthen leadership presence, make clearer decisions, improve communication, build stronger teams, and grow without burning out or shrinking themselves to fit the room.

She has collaborated on projects with organizations including Roche and Charles Schwab, and her work has been featured in Minority Business Review, MORE Magazine, BOSS LADIES Magazine, the Indianapolis Recorder, Life Coach Magazine, and on WISH-TV. She has also spoken at leadership events, including the IndySHRM Conference.

In addition to her coaching and speaking, Evgenia serves as a mentor with Pass the Torch for Women and the Purdue Mentor Network, and as a board member of NAWBO Indianapolis.
